Court mediation

I recently had a court mediation regarding parking tickets. A fee was agreed by both parties and an agreement was drawn up. However there was an error in my favour which meant I pay less than they wanted, they agreed to this lesser figure. 

 

Can they come after me for the extra money or is it tough luck as they agreed to it.

On a serious note, I think you will be ok, especially if they agreed to the lesser figure as you say.

They won't be able to come after you if it's a specific coury order they've agreed to. 

 

They could, if they wanted to, apply to the court for a variation of the terms as they were incorrect but I'd be amazed if they thought it was worth their time to do so

Thanks, I didn’t think they could but I had a missed call from them a couple of days after and it made me wonder if they could. Was getting ready to stand my ground but it was probably just a courtesy/follow up call
