Has anyone tried to cancel their season ticket for next season

My partner has just tried to cancel their season ticket for next season by sending an email as per LCFC's website instructions (To the address given on the official site) saying they want to cancel it and received a reply thanking them for renewing their season ticket for the forthcoming season and entering them into a draw, they haven't got a clue down there. Has anyone managed to cancel their ticket for next season and how did they do it.

I assume this is direct debit, so I’d probably just email them again, and cancel the direct debit.

Yes it is a direct debit, we've emailed again and didn't get a reply probably phone tomorrow now.

3 hours later and they have cancelled it

i emailed them to say i wanted to cancel it and informed them i will cancel the direct debit. 

 

They replied 48 hours after with just 'Ok'

Don’t even bother E-mailing them just cancel the direct debit.

If the club are ultra petty about it, they can block you from having a ST in the future should you ever want one again if you don’t inform them
