Help Buying Tickets

Evening,

 

I am a season ticket holder for 1st time and i've just to try and buy x2  home tickets for friends at tomorrow nights game, with one assigned to my name and the other assigned to another friend with a season ticket.

 

I'm unable too. Are season ticket holders not allowed to purchase any general sale tickets for themselves?

 

Do you people who the tickets are intended for have to create an account for themselves and buy them?

 

Any advise would be appreciated as they are my mate and his son, which will be his first leicester game.

If I’m understanding you correctly, you have 2 season ticket seats, and you’re trying to transfer them to 2 other people, is that right?

 

Firstly, the people you transfer them to have to have an account.  They don’t have to have membership, they just need to register an account, which is free. When you try and transfer your season ticket, you input their details and the system should find them.

Secondly, it’s possible it may be too late to change tickets this close to a game.  I’m not sure what the cut off is before kick off, but it could well be 24 hours. 
 

I would suggest you email the club help desk tomorrow, or trying calling.

You need to assign any guest tickets you buy to a separate account. It takes two mins, add any name and DOB in. Enter your own email address most importantly as that’s where the tickets will be sent

Can I enter my details but their name? 

 

If I'm buying as a surprise, as long as it's their name, can I just add my mobile number, DOB, email etc so they don't find out first?

You can put their name & DOB so it’s easier for future as you can’t change them afterwards but you can use an email of yours and mobile number

Cheers. We've got a home game coming up where I want to buy a ticket like this. I'll just use their name and DOB but then everything else mine.

You can put any name, DOB etc. Put it all in your email and number though so you control the ticket.
