I think his debut was vs Boro, and he was decent. Are you talking about his PL debut? I think that was vs Everton, and no, he didn't do much.

I did say v Man U's second team, not sure what gise they where under the time, u21/23 or devolvement squad but it was a recognised format not a friendly. It was at Coventry, in January on a cold wet night. So I would consider this debut for LCFC.

When we first signed him, he was put into the U21 team away at Man Utd U21s, broadcast live on MUTV

Thanks for that, I didn't know it was broadcast live, but it was definitely at the Ricoh in Coventry.

I didn't know about that (and I can't find it anywhere). His u-23s debut was that month, but it wasn't against Man U.

Yeah Mahrez's debut for us was against Boro, not sure why you'd count a game for the youth. Even if you wanted to do that, it looks like his first game for our U21s was against West Brom and he scored
