The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Share Posted 26 December 2005 Thinking about it, we've really been going for it on this front recently!

The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Author Share Posted 26 December 2005 A crazy new tactic by Levein? Coincedence? Increasing frustration on the part of the players? Poor reffing? Me trying to read too much in to things?
cisono Posted 26 December 2005 Share Posted 26 December 2005 Yup, is that a sign that we've been - really bad or - just a bit "silly" or that - we have been pushing more or - a combination of all of these?
Babylon Posted 26 December 2005 Share Posted 26 December 2005 We had the same problem under Adams. I'm sure people will come on and call Levein for not being strict enough!! In reality we know that isn't the case, after what we heard he did to people in Scotland and to Williams here. I would think it just stems from some players being frustrated and others trying to hard and go for a ball they can't quite get!
The People's Hero Posted 26 December 2005 Author Share Posted 26 December 2005 I'd be inclined to agree with you, Babylon. Don't think it's a direct fault of Levein's per se, I just think a bit of frustration is becoming evident.

Levein seemed to have sorted this out, and whilst I sympathise with McCarthy more, the last two reds (2 yellows) are showing that frustration is settling in now. I don't want to, but I'm getting a feeling of deja vu.
Muz Posted 27 December 2005 Share Posted 27 December 2005 Tiatto was **** stupid to get that 2nd yellow yesterday. I forgive Sheehan , for he is only a young lad and will learn from his mistakes. But Tiatto has been around for donkeys' and when he blocked the player off you knew the ref was gona come back and send him off. Tw@
Chimp Posted 27 December 2005 Share Posted 27 December 2005 Tiatto is a freakin liability, always has been, always will be. I'm actually really glad he got a red card yesterday as it means that he'll probably never see the first team again. Good riddance I say.
