Yes he changed the formation when he saw the original one wasnt working but hammond would not of come if hammill wasnt limping! it was the crowd that got behind the team that kick started the lads and made them kick spurs arse! not levein!

Also you say the crowd caused the players to up their game, which bloody player scored the goal to make the crowd believe. That's right, the player CL brought on to replace Hamill.
