Lets try and get an honest opinion of everyone's feelings towards the players. Makin 5 Solid defencively but nothing go forward at all, needed to provide width with Scowcroft playing nore central in second half but faield. Dabizas 5 Fowled alot as usual and moaned at the ref for no reason, but did so some passion Heath 6 Seemed solid enough and at ease, not outstandly bad pieces of distribution for once, Wilcox 7 He wnated the ball and made himself available, even if he mucked up when he got it a few times. Scowcroft 5 Did absaloutely nothing and disrupted the teams balnce in second half Gudjohnsson 3 Can't pass for shit and I wish he wouldn't shoot because he actually can't do thsat very well either, did try hard though. Williams 2 Did not look interested and hid from the ball in the second half, looks dissolloussioned and unhappy with the syle of play Tiatto 5 huffed and puffed but proudced nothing. Picked up another stupid booking. Benjamin 7 Gave his all, wanted the ball and took his goal well, but he showed a few touches of his shitness. Was never a dive. Dublin 2 His level of anticipatiuon is awful, looked miles behind the play and I dont think he wona header all day. Fowls a lot which relieves pressure. **************Subs********* Conollly 5 Had no service at all but wa neat and tidy when he did get it and is working on holding the ball up, was quite rightly very angry at being subbed. Nalis 4 Didn't do anything but give it away a couple of times, had no impact on the game at all. Wright 6 Not enough time to make any reall comment or judgement.

Should have shot early before the ball cannoned to Scowy who hit the side netting; constantly gave the ball away) Gudjonssson 5 (offered no creativity going forward) Tiatto 6.5 (goodish performance marred by yet another booking) Dublin 3 (did NOTHING postive for the team, couldn't head the ball, gave away numerous needless free-kicks, cannot run - should have been subbed) Benji (no rating cos I missed the first 20 mins and he got subbed soon after) Nalis 5.5 Connolly 6 (should not drop back too far to get the ball, gets carried away going away from the goal) Wright - no rating as he wasn't on for long enough.

andy_croydz Posted 2 October 2004 Posted 2 October 2004 yeh dublin shudda been subbed mickys lost it im afriad i backed him all the way but taking connolly off took the piss, i think tommy did well when he came on dont get me wrong just cant see how he can be rated so highly over ppl like tiatto and benjamin he wa only on for 10 min and hit the post and made one run then didnt do much after that where as tiatto ran his heart out.

If Wright had been Blake however, he would have been lambasted on here for not scoring that header and being knocked off the ball so easily on the run he made.

davieG Posted 3 October 2004 Posted 3 October 2004 These are the official Sky ratings: 10: Out of this world - very rare, exceptional performances only. 9: Excellent - Top-class display, probably the matchwinner. 8: Very Good - Outstanding, very influential. 7: Good - Impressive, eye-catching. 6: Average - No major faults, nothing overly impressive. 5: Below Average - Some faults, out-of-touch. 4: Poor - Many faults, easy to criticise. 3: Utter Rubbish - Didn't do a thing right. 2: Absolutely Appalling - He was playing, but I really wished he wasn't 1:Utterly, Utterly Abominable - I could play better and I've only ONE leg The last 3 I've made up myself, can anyone improve on them?
