Well, I like Davies more than Cotterill... But this is all a bit strange, I'd have thought that we'd have persisted with Cotterill if we thought there was a real chance of us getting him. As it stands it looks as if we're just going down the list phoning everyone. Maybe Cotterill really doesn't want to come.

Billy Davies was in the paper at the weekend saying he wanted the Rangers job some day. If we did get him it'd probably only be until Alex Mcleish got the boot & then we'd lose another mamager to the Old Firm

I assume if true they went for both manager's because they are unsettled with their club's. Makes us look desperate tho if we linked to 2 manager's at the same time.
