Agreed, yellow rather than gold. Also this kit was yellow in 1987.

Brown may not have been recognised as a club colour at the time (only blue/white), but I do recall the club formally adopting yellow/gold at that time.

Yellow, or more specifically Gold, was fully adopted as an official club colour in 1992 when the badge was changed and the foxes head (face on design) was changed from a brown colour to yellow/gold. At the same time the club introduced three new kits for the following season; All blue, all white and all yellow as a third kit.
