Nationwider Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 Has a Leicester player ever won a national Goal Of The Season award before - I'm guessing the Central award was for just Midlands teams? I remember Joachim's run and swerving shot in the FA Cup v Barnsley came close one year. Didn't it get beaten by Archdeacon's goal in the same game, or am I imagining things? Weller's dribble at Luton? Peake's drive against Liverpool? Frank's overhead chip to himself? Muzzy's kung-fu effort?
