Teeno Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 Just wanted to say how awsome Nalis is, the man is the heart of our team and works everything. I just hope Levein doesn't drop him, I'd keep the same two in center mid for Monday as I though Both Nalis and Gudjohnson played really well yesterday. Also when he scored he came over to us and kissed the badge, hope this doesn't mean he is leaving

Scowy and Walker will if they choose to stay with us, but I feel Nalis has another 2 years ahead of him. But if we go up this season he might be moved on.
Cobbo Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 Nalis kissed the badge after his Leeds goal too Watta player! Petrescu, take back what you said about getting rid!
Steven Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 I always thought he would be quality in the fizzy. That said, I would love him to stay, but I am sure I read somewhere that he was going to go home at the end of this season. <_<
Guest Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 All Nalis needed was a run in the side to get used to the English game, yet MA's could never quite grap this simple little fact. I think Nalis gets better with almost evey game.
Guest Daniel Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 Ive been very impressed with him. I think except Scowcroft he's been the best player this season. I said he was shit after last season but then did say id give him a fresh start and he's re-payed me.
Sparky Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 nalis was superb last night . he sat in midfield broke down crewe attacks and always seemed to get our moves going. hes got great feet , dosnt panic and teemed up well with joey
Ash Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 Nalis has proved me wrong this season , At the start of the season i said get rid ....But im happy to say now he is one of our better players ! Would be in my team everyweek ....Alongside Joey and Williams
New England Fox Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 Good to se Nalis getting a decent run in the team, hes always impressed me when I have seen him.
Scow Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 I didn't think he had a great game against Cardiff, but that was more down to playing with Gemmill who can't get around that well, leaving Nalis to do alot of the legwork in midfield. One thing that has pleased me about Nalis is that he certainly gets stuck in now. Last season that wasn't really the case, but he's adapted to the English game and seems much more of a grafter now.
Anish Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 I've always admired Nalis since his debut vs Barca last season. His technical ability is unrivalled here and his passing is awesome. He also gets stuck in now too which has helped him a lot. Plus he is now joint top scorer again and shows what a cracking player he is. I dearly hope he stays for at least another season, he deserves another contract the way he has been playing.
Scarby Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Nalis IMO is a team player and does alot work which isnt seen on the field! his experience is enough! he is a cracking player and would make a cracking captain
