I am hoping to be better for Frideh, as we have a wedding to go to on Satdeh, and I have a role that will involve being pictured. Piping hot honey and lemon with loads of honey. And daily garlic staves off the worst of colds ad infinitum in my experience.

Or is it just us Aussies who are clearly too fat for our own good I'm more of a 'Jelly Baby' than a chocoholic. I don't normally have any chocolate cravings, only when I'm ill, and must obviously need the sugar.
