Anyone watch Panorama last night (I know it's a bit high brow for some!! )

But the dodgy corruption within FIFA is shocking!! Everyone is getting bribes and backhanders everywhere!!

And Sebb T****er and the Trinidad and Tobago (President of CONCACAF) bloke are an absolute disgrace!!!:@

So to reiterate, anyone who is hated by Sebb is now a new hero of mine!!!!

:worship: Thankyou! And just for your benifit here's a summary:

ISP have owned the media rights to the World Cup for 20 years. In 1998 1M Swiss Francs (£400,000) were given to FIFA and not an un-named bank account - that account was found out to be for Jose Havalange (former Presisdent of FIFA!!) So far so dirty... This was all covered up by Blatter and Co. until ISP went bust, and the liquidators went in to see Millions of £'s going to off-shore account owned by FIFA delegates!!!

How is Blatter still in charge I hear you ask, well It's all down to the voting system. CONCACAF has the biggest single block vote (UEFA, South america etc. are all split up) And the CONCACAF president is BIG chums with Blatter!! Blatter in return for his votes turnes a blind eye to the embezeling going on. Ie the headquarters of CONCACAF in Trinidad pays £300,000 rent for a shitty 2 floor office. The landlord - the President of CONCACAF. T & T get to the Finals, all the tickets are sold through St.Paul travel - owned by President of CONCACAF!! FIFA stage the world U-17's cup in T & T the building contracts for the stadium go to - one of the president's sons!!! The catering contract goes to - His other son!!!

Absolute Shambles!!!! :o

Actually not true - Africa has a lot more members, and Europe may do too.

But I do recall there being riots in Bahrain after their side was controversially knocked out of the World Cup playoffs.

And which side beat them? T&T...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Yes, but if you read on  , Europe's and Africa's block votes are split up as there are too many countries involved. Not sure how, but that's what the bloke was saying last night.

Finally the last shocking thing!!:

The liquidators, trying to get some cash back for the creditors, wrote to the 'bungees' asking for their money back!! Eventually ~500,000 Swiss Francs were paid back. This was all hush-hush until the Swiss court recently divulged the information on who padi the cash back, guess who did????

FIFA - the organisation!!!! Now this is either a massive cover up to save the blushes of the real perpetrators!! Or something even more dodgy!!!!!!

This is Phube Fox, over and out!!!

I saw the last 20 mins or so, the worrying thing is, although this is all bad enough but these people are the guardians of world football so how the hell are they going to stamp corruption out of the transfer system and fixed matches when they're all fighting to get their own snouts in the money trough.

One day the proverbial is going to hit the fan full on. To think that players get punished for bringing the game into disrepute.:whistle::whistle:

The only way it can continue is because so many others must be part of the picture. The more you read the more it seems football is riddled with corruption from top to bottom.

The shit will hit the fan soon, but in the meantime anyone with a Sky subscription (or supports any other organisation that funds football) should be lobbying them to ask why they fund such a corrupt organisation!

Sky and all the other broadcasters inadvertently fund much of the corruption and it's up to the subscribers to let them know that they are unhappy with the way the game is being run at the top, maybe then someone will challenge Blatter because I'm sure I read somewhere that his son is being groomed to succeed him.

Good thoughts and all, but Sky don't fund FIFA (well not a lot) they pay the Premiership, Football League and UEFA. They have never had the rights to the World Cup, that's BBC and ITV for them!!
