Head Honcho Posted 2 August 2006 Posted 2 August 2006 November is the time of year for SE Asia I do believe Until recently I would have said Goa or Thailand - But now I am heavilly biased so I say Singapore Spot on I had booked to go to Hong Kong on September 9th but due to unforseen circumstances have to change my dates to sometime in October(hope they don't charge me too much to change) But as I've just seen October is probably the best time to visit the Far East and there are some good deals out there. I lived in Korea for a while and November is extremely dry but can get quite cold at times but if you don't mind that try Seoul it's an amazing city.
Head Honcho Posted 2 August 2006 Posted 2 August 2006 I'd go to Scandinavia or Iceland. Bit short on the beaches and all that, but it's atmospheric as you get towards winter. I've always wanted to see the Aurora Borealis , though. Sad. Go to Inverness, It's cheaper!
