November is the time of year for SE Asia I do believe

Until recently I would have said Goa or Thailand - But now I am heavilly biased so I say Singapore

Been looking at about 4-500 mark. Some good deals for Egypt which are all inclusive. Not keen on All inclusive grub, but at least the beverages will be free!!

I thought the mark was phased out with the introduction of the Euro?

Egypt - Sharm El Shiekh

Or any of the Canarie Isles which are on the equator so decend weather all year around!!

Just been reading mixed reviews on Sharm El Shiekh, with regards to the food and illness! I've been to India though so my stomach can take a lot! hehe

Singapore is looking good too.

Deathy, where do yuo reccomend staying? Are their beaches out there?

There are beaches on the main part of Singapore - I only went to those at night time for a spot of late night / early morning drinking - So didn't really see what they were like

Additionally there is an island resort called Sentosa which has 3 beaches and a golf course and some other shít - The weather is strange though - IE Changeable - On my first visit to Sentosa in about 5 mins it went from glourious sunshine to a heavy thunderstorm (that lasted 45 mins) - After the storm it went back to sunshine

Not sure if anyone does package deals to Singapore - If not accomadation costs may rule it out - My hotels were between £60 and £140 per night - Obviously I wasn't paying

Not if you eat at food halls (Coffee shops as the locals call them) - My average evening meals cost between 10 and 15 Sing$ (£3-£5) and that includes a half litre bottle of Tiger beer

I went to Thailand a couple of years ago in November and everything about it was phenomenal. Loved the place. Hope to go back soon.

I'd go to Scandinavia or Iceland. Bit short on the beaches and all that, but it's atmospheric as you get towards winter. I've always wanted to see the Aurora Borealis, though. Sad.
