Be honest. Before todays game, even Tuesdays game who would have said drop Fryatt? I was saying it before the game and even in the first half today, He's not playing to bad but it was just annoying me so much he wasn't scoring and was straying abit, I was saying drop him for a game or two, let him have abit of a rest bring him back hopefully he'll be back scoring then. But glad he scored today. Well Done Matty, Just keep it up please

I went for "Yes, I would have dropped him" and I can't escape it cos I said on 4 or 5 threads that we should have rested him hoping he would come back hungry and score, just as you did. Proved me wrong and I'm dead happy for him, hopefully he'll carry on scoring now :)

I didnt think he should have been dropped, but can see why alot of people did think this.

He was always going to find the net eventually.

There's nothing much wrong with our strikers.

But Gradel's inclusion for the largely ineffective Hughes would take some pressure off them because he's so direct and dangerous.

They're debating whether Weso should be in permanently. Why would anyone want to leave a fit Weso out ofour midfield?

They're also debating the need for a target man up front. We always need someone to hold the ball up!. It's a basic requirement.

I was mostly a fence sitter.

Fryatt is class, and I was expecting him to come good at some point.

I would have liked him to have been given a game on the bench, but didn't complain when he carried on playing - people don't lose their skills overnight. ;)

Very much a fence-sitter's answer lol. A goal for Fryatt today is a good thing - but only if we can continue to give him decent service and he can build on it

Now that he's off the mark, he's going to set his sights on becoming number one CCC scorer by Christmas, and maintain poll position until the end of the season.

I would have started hume and O'grady up front to mix it up a bit. But top marks to kelly for keeping faith with him. Hopefully now he'll keep bangin em in!!!
