AyewJoking Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 In todays game there are several match balls available to keep the game quick but when a player scores a hatrick which ball does he take? The one last used before the final whistle? In fact what are the chances of somone scoring a hatrick and taking the ball which they didnt even score once with. Is this important? maybe not but it rather makes the whole idea of players keeping their hatrick matchball pointless because in most cases it would be just a ball which they didnt do anything memorable with. I wonder too about the boots all these high earners wear just once and get a new pair for next week. Wasnt cleaning a first team players boots not only an honour but a disciplinary measure for all the youngsters hoping to rise through the ranks and make it big one day? I'm watching Man Utd and I'm bored.
lildave3 Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 I'm watching Man Utd and I'm bored. I know it's pretty crap game <_<

Head Honcho Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 It's normally the ball on the pitch at the end of the game isn't it I know the last couple I've seen the Hatrickee is that a word takes the ball from the ref
potter3 Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 And what happens if two players score hat-tricks??
Head Honcho Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 And what happens if two players score hat-tricks?? In the old days I think it was the first to score the hatrick who got the ball but these days it isn't a problem!
