It's not that expensive - it's a very flash city, but it's relatively cheap really. Flights shouldn't cost you much - there's plenty of daily flights there. Accomodation isn't all that expensive either. It's worth a shout if you like hot (very hot!) climes! As I said, I went for Christmas 2000, we arrived on about the 20th - it was about 42c outside when we landed. Disgustingly hot. You don't know what sweat is until you've been in that sorta climate.
