Thracian Posted 10 October 2006 Posted 10 October 2006 does anyone have any good ideas for easing my aching back? because cisono won't massage my buttocks............ <_< It will sound unlikely but I'd suggest yoga. And any sort of fast but not especially aggressive aerobics workout that you can do in a room at home to music will shed some weight which can often be a factor in back pain - assuming you are carrying surplus weight.
lookwhaticando Posted 10 October 2006 Posted 10 October 2006 still having a back problem stezzie? Sorry but don't have a free slot until Friday... Ooo-er. Got time to squeeze me in, some day soon?

davieG Posted 10 October 2006 Posted 10 October 2006 I see what you did there. May be it didn't require clarification after all.

Wycombe Fox Posted 12 October 2006 Posted 12 October 2006 I was struggling with a bad back for quite a few months so I thought I'd try simple things first like a new office chair and a new mattress. Decided on a memory-foam type of mattress and it's amazing. My back-ache has all but disappeared. I bought a Ceriflex Superior Orthopaedic Mattress from http://www.furniture247.co.uk/ishop/3/shopscr4.html It's delivered all shrink-wrapped and you just take off the wrapping, lie it on the bed and within about 5 hours it's expanded to full size. It took me about 3 days to get used to it as it's quite hard but I get the best night's sleep ever with the added bonus of no bad back! Hope this helps.

What happens if you move about a lot, wont it remember how you were previously lying and have all the dips and body shapes in the wrong places?
