Finnegan Posted 11 October 2006 Posted 11 October 2006 I read BartonFox's load of jock bollocks and got competitive. But I don't need to plaster a thread with lyrics and piccies to convince the world we're better singers - we just are. ... shame there'll only be 20'000 in the ground. :pinch: So, aye, anyway, I'm off to Cardiff tonight and 'ey up, tell you what, if we can't beat Cyprus - I'll be you ALL a pint (though you've gotta be in London to get it. )

I may go down tonight depends who I can drag down there with me.
Finnegan Posted 11 October 2006 Author Posted 11 October 2006 Well they could always play in the Liberty, the Vetch's replacement. In all fairness we do usually get 60 - 65 odd thousand in the better fixtures and about 40 - 55 odd in the smaller ones. I bet there'll be at least thirty five to fourty five thousand tonight, which is double Liberty / White Rock size. Back in the '04 campaign we filled up for nearly every game. In fact, I didn't see an emptyish looking stadium until the first friendly afterwards where Earnie bagged his hat-trick and.. oh, yeah... we beat Scotland 4 - 0. ps: it'll be 3 - 1 Wales tonight.

The People's Hero Posted 11 October 2006 Posted 11 October 2006 I won't be in London - but I'll send my City supporting brother along!

Finnegan Posted 11 October 2006 Author Posted 11 October 2006 Any idea how hard it is to find pictures of proud Welsh football supporters? It's all rugby or the Soul Crew butchering people. Though, if you Google Image 'Welsh Pride', you do get this bit of flesh:
Finnegan Posted 11 October 2006 Author Posted 11 October 2006 I live surrounded by Cypriots and I'm yet to see a leggy, paroxide blonde one. Let alone two.

Finnegan Posted 11 October 2006 Author Posted 11 October 2006 Much more like it. Heh. Search for Russian women and the results are all in their underwear. Search for Welsh women and 90% are playing sports. Haha, edit: Some images off the first image search page of 'Cypriot women', just for MF. phwoar.

Master Fox Posted 11 October 2006 Posted 11 October 2006 Typical scottish lass there! She's quite a looker!
Master Fox Posted 11 October 2006 Posted 11 October 2006 OI! Leave them alone, most of the Cypriot ladies are quite hot! Like this.... The best place to find a Welsh woman is.........
Finnegan Posted 12 October 2006 Author Posted 12 October 2006 Oh come on boys. No messages left for good ol' Sosban Fach this time? Why not, lads? I thought the results looked OK, personally. It was the best England and Cyprus could really expect, after all. "And it all breaks down, at the roll reversal..."
act smiley Posted 13 October 2006 Posted 13 October 2006 Watched it in the pub, looked a fair bit better simply because of Edwards and Jones not being in the side. Much more balanced shape to the side, looked like they knew what they were doing this time. Less hoof-it-to-earnshaw stupidness too.
