Sounds like half the team got battered physically. Mostly our defenders. :P

Perhaps McCarthy won't recover and we'll see a partnership of McAuley and Kisnorbo on Tuesday. :o

;)

Andy Johnson in trouble physically could be good news - maybe Weso will get some game time on Tuesday. :D

The fans really got behind us today and that makes a big difference for us. But we can't just assume that they are going to do that. We appreciate that it is an expensive pastime for people to come and watch football matches and it is up to us to give them something to shout about. I thought we did that today.

The bloke talks sense. And I'm sure he'll keep fans coming if he can get us to perform like that more often. It's been a long time coming and finally he's done an interview without needing to make excuses. Great stuff :D

Spot on. Kelly is a decent, straight guy trying to build something long term at the Club. Football is so short term these days, a manager can be sacked for losing 3 games in a row. Kelly is developing a team and given some resources who knows what he could do. There will be more downs to come but stick with him.

To say that was a terrific performance was living in a dream world.

Our strikers were heroes. They made something out of nothing.

We didn't put more than three good moves together all match and some of the football was worse than woeful.

Great three points, four or five players can hold their heads high. But terrifc. You must be joking.

You're probably right mate. I certainly don't see this as a false dawn...

Things are gradually improving though, we are unbeaten in a few, we've scored three goals today..

I still don't think RK is going to be the right man to take us forwards but whilst I will criticise and encourage him to carry the buck when we lose, he and the players must be allowed to take some credit when we win.

It's an improvement anyway. Let's hope that RK doesn't revert to caution first.
