Wellman Posted 12 December 2004 Posted 12 December 2004 ash - meltdown All Oasis albums Hope of the States - Dont know the name of it Kasabian - Kasabian
TrickyTrev Posted 12 December 2004 Posted 12 December 2004 The Coral- Magic and Medicine The Zutons- Who killed the Zutons?? They are cool bands from Liverpool, I much prefer The Coral myself. It's nice ot see someone wlese who thinks you can listen to acoustic guitars and a bit of hard trance without being confused.

Alexikokopops Posted 13 December 2004 Posted 13 December 2004 ash - meltdownAll Oasis albums Hope of the States - Dont know the name of it Kasabian - Kasabian 46123 It's called the Lost Riots. So anyway, my recommendations are: Hope Of The States - The Lost Riots British Sea Power - The Decline Of British Sea Power
Brighton Fox Posted 13 December 2004 Posted 13 December 2004 Futureheads Kaisercheifs The Music Razorlight Ordinary boys Hope of the states (already been mentioned)
Benji Posted 14 December 2004 Posted 14 December 2004 just got Hope of the States - lost riots. got to admit i'm VERY impressed, some great songs like enemies friends, george washington and the one i'd already heard from somewhere; the red the white the black the blue get it tom
Benji Posted 14 December 2004 Posted 14 December 2004 The Music 46448 really? i only really rated 'so low' but suppose i didn't listen to the others much.

I have the original Enemies/Friends single, it's what got me into Hope of the States And very nearly seeing them at Reading 2003 (it's a complex story involving lots of alcohol). They got on Top Of The Pops with the original Enemies/Friends single, which was quite impressive.

TrickyTrev Posted 15 December 2004 Posted 15 December 2004 The Music 46448 really? i only really rated 'so low' but suppose i didn't listen to the others much. 46659 The Music's first album is fantastic dance rock, similar to Kasabain but better. Theei second album was a slightly worse versions of the first album, I don't like it when band don't progress. Tommassi, do you like Radiohead?
Tomassi Posted 16 December 2004 Author Posted 16 December 2004 some good stuff there.. benjis been helping me out with free cd's too cheers Radiohead.. they are ok bit depressing tho
Cobbo Posted 16 December 2004 Posted 16 December 2004 I'll make him listen to them, don't you worry It can be our motivational music on the way to our footy matches!
