Guest Gist Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 Beat Sheff Wednesday 4-0!! It isn't looking good for them.
Nationwider Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 Wednesday's team stinks. They are going to struggle, as they did last year. Not a good week for West Yorkshire!!! Go Colchester, though!!!

lookwhaticando Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 Wednesday's team stinks. They are going to struggle, as they did last year. Not a good week for West Yorkshire!!! Go Colchester, though!!! That's because they're still without the services of their extraordinary left-back - Peter Gilbert. They'll rise thru the ranks just as soon as he becomes uncrocked. He's a quality LB you know. A particular team spent some time trying to secure his services back in 2005 - they event went as far as to pay about 200k for him! That's gotta count for something!
C-man Posted 19 October 2006 Posted 19 October 2006 3 of the goals were cracking finishes from outside the area!
Finnegan Posted 19 October 2006 Posted 19 October 2006 Might even push US* Down to 14th <_< Not really an issue at this time of the season. What's important is we win our games a little more than where we are in the table. I know that sounds a triffle daft, but if we win every game then our position will sort itself out.
Foxello Posted 19 October 2006 Posted 19 October 2006 Yeah Colchester have been great this season, hope they stay up. Defo gave them selves a chance. Shit ground but gr8 team spirit. As for Wednesday, i think there going back down. There shit poor and Sturrock will probably get the push before long. Both Sheffield's to go down? Very likely

Very likely The Wednesday fans I have spoken to about this say there is no way Sturrock will get the push. They say they haven't heard any fans calling for him to go and he recently signed a new four year contract so they probably couldn't afford to get rid of him. I think their main problem lies in the fact that they have Deon Burton as a main striker and not many other decent players around him.
Katy Posted 19 October 2006 Posted 19 October 2006 The amount of earache they gave us when theybeat us at Hillsborough last season, they can go hang!
