He was a scout at Everton, previously manager at Luton and I'm sure he played for my local team Kettering Town. Do we think this is a Mandaric-inspired move? I used to live in the same village as him and was in his daughters year at school. He has unearthed some decent players if his daughter is to be believed - when he was at peterborough he got them simon davies and he also recommended matthew taylor to pompey when he was at luton.
