We need a quality RW and we re done. ... we need a lot more than a "quality RW" we do need a player who can command the wing (both left and right) but most of all we need an attacking midfielder to act as "playmaker" that is the top priority... after those two top targets it'd be good, though not essential, to bring in both an experianced quality goalkeeper and an experianced striker who can hold the ball up and is physically imposing. Do i trust the man who brought us Low, Johnson and (most recently) Welsh (very imaginative Rob! ) to get the players in we really need? No! Thankfully i doubt MM will want RK spending his money either... so at the very least I'd expect to see a "director of football" to come in to take some responsibility off RK, perhaps as a means of preparing for a new manager. However, we've got a tough game today and it's the kind of game we'll sneak despite all the evidence to the contrary... that'd be typical!

Mort Posted 2 December 2006 Posted 2 December 2006 A win or even a draw today is probably best... i doubt that a lose on his first visit to the Walkers would be good for MM... instead I think it's best we get somthing today... so long as we're clear of the drop zone, personally i doubt MM would want to risk his cash in the hands of RK even if he retained him somone else will be brought in to take over some of the responsibilities that RK currently has (esspcially on issues like transfurs and tactics).

I think Wednesday having Kenny Lunt missing will make a differecne although they still have a good midfield.
