The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 I always thought that the Walers held 32,500 people, but the FLC website says 32,312, which one is right?
Joe. Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 I always thought that the Walers held 32,500 people, but the FLC website says 32,312, which one is right? They probably just round it up to the nearest figure.
lildave3 Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 I always thought that the Walers held 32,500 people, but the FLC website says 32,312, which one is right? Pretty Sure it is 32,500. But perhaps that's just rounded up from 32,312. Maybe 32,312 is all we can seat and the others are boxes?
timmis-lcfc Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 in the programs and website it says 32,500 but not sure now
JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 i think its 32, 312 without boxes. with boxes 32,500
Trumpet Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 Id say 32,312 is right, simply because its more specific and im sure ive heard it somewhere else. I dont think they'd be able to squeeze in exactly 32,500 seats, well they could but whats the point, itd take too long to plan. I reckon, its 32,312 seats, and an extra hundred or so for boxes etc.
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 i'll e mail the club or something and find out
Unit Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 I'm pretty sure it's because of all the segregation between the fans, i think the Leicester tigers are the only people to haev ever filled it completely. City aren't allowed as they have to haev a certain distance between fans or something.
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 i'd like to sit on the roof of the walkers, don't know why just would be quite cool!
lildave3 Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 i'd like to sit on the roof of the walkers, don't know why just would be quite cool! That's how we should introduce Milan. Lower him down from the roof! That would be some entrance...
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 That's how we should introduce Milan. Lower him down from the roof! That would be some entrance... very good, or he could jump out a plane and paraschute in to the ground!
JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 very good, or he could jump out a plane and paraschute in to the ground! but jumping out the plane could give him a heart attack
lildave3 Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 but jumping out the plane could give him a heart attack Especially if the parachute didn't open.
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 but jumping out the plane could give him a heart attack maybe hes left all his money in his will to LCFC!
JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 nah hes left all his money to me and i will buy leicester for him and i'll take us to the prem and then we'll win it and then win the champions league and the world club cup and now its time to stop dreaming
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 nah hes left all his money to me and i will buy leicester for him and i'll take us to the prem and then we'll win it and then win the champions league and the world club cup and now its time to stop dreaming dont stop dreaming its lots better than real life! so anyway where were we, ah yes the World Club cup, and I believe Frank Lampard is on his way
JoeyB Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 frank Lampard is past it would rather have williams and gerrard in cm
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 frank Lampard is past it would rather have williams and gerrard in cm yeah but Lampard'l do to be going on with, he's a tad better than Johnson!
Guest Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 The official capacity is not 32,500, but for some technical reason I can't remember, and can't find, it is quoted as 32,500.
lildave3 Posted 16 December 2006 Posted 16 December 2006 frank Lampard is past it would rather have williams and gerrard in cm You would rather have Williams than Lampard?! You are mental. Lampard is one of the best midfielders in the country and the fact that he has scored 7 goals this season despite playing crap says it all.
The Stig Posted 16 December 2006 Author Posted 16 December 2006 The official capacity is not 32,500, but for some technical reason I can't remember, and can't find, it is quoted as 32,500. thats a good enough answer for me thanks lisa!
Tubes Posted 17 December 2006 Posted 17 December 2006 i can remember in the premiership we got 32,512 our biggest attendance so it must be bigger
SystonFox Posted 17 December 2006 Posted 17 December 2006 our record attendance was vs Newcastle on boxing day in the prem wasnt it?
Ashley Posted 17 December 2006 Posted 17 December 2006 They've took seats out the L in LEICESTER CITY in the east stand i can see it from where i sit so capcity surely lower than 32,500
