Ric Flair Posted 5 January 2005 Author Posted 5 January 2005 I definately think Scowcroft has played his last game for us. I know that doesn't really come as a shock, but there is no way that there's room for three strikers of similar mould in De Vries, Dublin and Scowcroft. You can't really ever play 2 of these together so there's no need for 2 as back-up. See ya Scowy, cheers for the memories
dan_84 Posted 5 January 2005 Posted 5 January 2005 i think scowcroft has knew for a while he is on his way out. his heart really hasnt been in it. he has look lazy and totally not interested. I thought he had a decent first half monday but second half, we might as well of replaced him with pressman for what he offered. Although i think its good for both the club and scowy to move on i think he has given us some excellent service and has never moaned when moved round into different positions. Cheers Scowy

I think Stearman is heavier than that! It must be incorrect, as he looks alot heavier than 12 stone.
Muz Posted 5 January 2005 Posted 5 January 2005 Outside the ground on Monday i was walking behind Stearmen he was going into the players entrance and Jesus this guy is tall!
Cat Burger Posted 5 January 2005 Posted 5 January 2005 He's not as tall as Heath, Stearman has bulked up a bit I've noticed, I seem to see him about once a week now .

alijambo Posted 6 January 2005 Posted 6 January 2005 Trust me guys as a hearts fan if de vries is 12 stone odds im a hibee he is more like 14 to 15 stone he is a man mountain. If you can get him fit and in the right frame of mind he could be awesome for you. The 2 biggest defenders he came up against in scotland was balde of celtic who is also huge and boumsong formally of rangers now newcastle and i can assure you de vries was more than able to compete with both of them. In fact he gave boumsong a doing at ibrox just a few weeks ago but since CL left he has never looked the same player maybe his mind was already at the foxes? The main thing with de vries for a big man he has a great touch is good in the air and can score with both feet but there is no middle ground with him when he is not 100% fit he looks like the biggest huddie you will ever see anyway hope you guys see the fit de vries all the best
Cat Burger Posted 7 January 2005 Posted 7 January 2005 he is more like 14 to 15 stone he is a man mountain... there is no middle ground with him when he is not 100% fit he looks like the biggest huddie you will ever see 52569[/snapback] Sounds like Cobbo
