lookwhaticando Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 They have enough quality to stay up. They should start playing like it. Their players should be ashamed of themselves: BBC 606.
RowlattsFox Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 heard lots of west ham fans left at half time. they were singing 'your not fit to wear the shirt', reminds me of the day we lost 3-0 at home to derby at filbo.
Simi Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 heard lots of west ham fans left at half time. they were singing 'your not fit to wear the shirt', reminds me of the day we lost 3-0 at home to derby at filbo. I heard on the radio that alot also stayed to the end and sang their hearts out !
lcfc_jme Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Sung their hearts out or not - with their team they should not be losing to anyone 6-0. Looks as though we may be playing them next season though, which should be interesting

lcfc_jme Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 If I was West Ham I would sack Curbishley I think he is more suited to a midlands side around 18th in the Championship I would say so as well He isn't going to be sacked though - that'd be two managers in less than a month Never gona happen You reckon they'll stay up, then? ... Of course they will. Especially if they put in a quality performance like that every week!!! Though I don't think we'd have managed to score against them today somehow
lildave3 Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 I would say so as well He isn't going to be sacked though - that'd be two managers in less than a month Never gona happen It is Eggert Magnusson, he looked well and truly fed up today, bet he's regretting buying the club.
Simi Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 It is Eggert Magnusson, he looked well and truly fed up today, bet he's regretting buying the club. Yeh he did ! Curbs has a good rep though he wont go anywhere unless we come calling !

Curbs has a good rep though he wont go anywhere unless we come calling ! If looks could kill and all that!! Don't think West Ham fans would be too pleased if he sacked Curbs though. It'd unsettle the players even more as well. Not a good idea.

Simi Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 They should be playing though. I agree thy should be playing. Looks like they could of done with Maschareno today to hold the midfield together.
lcfc_jme Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Signing the 2 argies unsetlled all their players enough. Completely agree with it, as does pretty much everyone else. Can't blame everything on the signing of that pair but it is a massive factor in their demise so far. They should be playing though. I agree thy should be playing. Looks like they could of done with Maschareno today to hold the midfield together. Maybe so. But when they have played this season, they have hardly been great or set the world on fire. They've not looked all that impressive and they haven't exactly improved West Hams fortunes.
RowlattsFox Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 i think tevez has been a little unlucky, has hit woodwork 3 or 4 times and if ones goes in he'll start scoring. id rather have tevez playing than harewood and zamora.
bigneville Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 They have enough quality to stay up. They should start playing like it.Their players should be ashamed of themselves: BBC 606. Like?
lildave3 Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Like? ANton and Gabbidon are two great defenders normally, Reo-Coker is a quality player, Ashton's injury is a major blow to them. The 2 argies aren't bad either...

The 2 argies aren't bad either... Gabbidon is woeful. Christian Dailly is cack. Harewood & Zamora are a waste up front...Mullins lack quality. West Ham are in trouble unless serious investment. I do agree that Reo-Coker is class, plus Anton has shown signs of having a similar quality as his brother. They dont wanna play the Argies so there just a waste at the minute, plus they'll be off in the window...

The 2 strikers aren't getting a long enough run in the team to make an impact like they were doing last year.

Harewood has scored twice in 14, Zamora 5 times in 17....Not good enough...To be classed as a good player i believe you have to do it for more than one season.. Did you not see Gabbidon's defending today. Worse than League 2 http://www.whufc.com/team/?page_id=7416 Stats are from here....
