lcfc_jme Posted 14 September 2006 Posted 14 September 2006 Won by a safety. <_< A win is a win, it's more than what City can manage
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 September 2006 Author Posted 16 September 2006 Can finally read this thread after taping the Monday night game and watching it this morning!! Managed to go the whole week without knowing the score. Was great stuff. Our running game looks good with the offensive line on the left side. I know everyone will say that but it really shone through at the end of the game. Brad Johnson stepped up to the plate and some of the receptions were awesome. The defense worries me but Darren Sharper's tackle on Santana Moss in the endzone was out of this world! Now for the Panthers....

To be fair we came up with some big stops on 3rd down, but they made some silly mistakes. You're right about that tackle though. Legendary. I think we have a good chance to beat the Panthers tomorrow night. Steve Smith is questionable and without him their offense is limited. 2 and 0 would be a great start considering the opposition.
LCFC4LIFE Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 Eagles all the way for me!!!!! we were just unlucky last game. really unlucky!!!
LCFC4LIFE Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 Same here!!! We have one of the best defenses in the NFL, beat Green Bay 26-0. If Thomas Jones can have a good season, I think we have a good chance of winning the whole thing!! The Bears have had a great start but i think they might get unlucky and have a few defensive injuries before the end of the season.
Spider Dijon Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 The Bears have had a great start but i think they might get unlucky and have a few defensive injuries before the end of the season. I think we will be ok. The performance againts the Vikings last night affirmed my belief that we will win the SuperBowl!! With 1:50 on the clock, we are behind, and Grossman rallies the troops, and we get the win over our closest rivals!!!
The People's Hero Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 Awful start from the Raiders.. Convincingly beaten by the Ravens.

With 1:50 on the clock, we are behind, and Grossman rallies the troops, and we get the win over our closest rivals!!! If Chester Taylor had kept hold of the ball, it'd be a different story. We dominated. Our D looked as good if not better than yours, so you have no chance of winning the Superbowl. Bengals will do it i think.
Steven Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 28-20 loss to the Jets. <_< Turnovers and poor third down efficiency on offense cost us the game.
Head Honcho Posted 25 September 2006 Posted 25 September 2006 It's back :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: I love it. COME ON YOU VIKINGS! 49ers for me Had Carolina to win last night by more then 2.5 points they won by 2
Molson Canadian Posted 26 September 2006 Posted 26 September 2006 seahawks are 3-0 SO FAR THIS SEASON!!! we are going all the way to the superbowl again this year... i went to the game the other day in seattle was a great atmosphere and we destroyed the GIANTS
C-man Posted 27 September 2006 Posted 27 September 2006 OMG that story about Terrell Owens. I've never really liked him, but it's still sad that a bloke can earn that much money and still try to kill himself
Spider Dijon Posted 2 October 2006 Posted 2 October 2006 seahawks are 3-0 SO FAR THIS SEASON!!! we are going all the way to the superbowl again this year... i went to the game the other day in seattle was a great atmosphere and we destroyed the GIANTS Erm... 3-1 now.... Bears 37-6 Seahawks We're gonna win the whole thing, I just know it...
lcfc_jme Posted 2 October 2006 Posted 2 October 2006 Patriots are also 3-1 A crushing 38-13 over the previously unbeaten Bengals We're gona be there or there abouts again this year, NEVER write us off or count us out
BartonFox Posted 2 October 2006 Posted 2 October 2006 Buffalo Bills Terrific job of nearly throwing it away again yesterday 17-12 win against the Vikings, JP Losman is the most infuriating QB since Drew 'how have I managed to prolong my career this far' Bledsoe. Sitting at 2-2 when we should be 4-0 or 3-1 at worst. Should never have lost at New England and threw it away against those pesky Jets. Still the legend that is Marv Levy is back, hopefully that will be enough to convonce Ralph Wilson to keep them in Buffalo and not move us to Las Vegas or LA.

However it is a franchise that should never move out of Buffalo.
BartonFox Posted 2 October 2006 Posted 2 October 2006 I know, Go Bills. However it is a franchise that should never move out of Buffalo. If it leaves Buffalo then I am finished with the NFL, spent to much money traveling over to watch them once a season, Buffalo is good City and I ain't interested in the Desert or the West Coast football markets.

You'll get beat by the Bears this weekend
BartonFox Posted 6 October 2006 Posted 6 October 2006 You'll get beat by the Bears this weekend That's a given but if the defence can get at Rex Grossman early then it might unsettle him enough to make some mistakes The Bills defence is one of the best in the league but the offence needs a bit of work. JP Losman pisses me off and the receiving core isn't what is was, although it is improving. That said Willis McGahee is back to the brilliant running back he was at the Univerisity of Miami before he buckled his knee.
lcfc_jme Posted 9 October 2006 Posted 9 October 2006 Another weekend of NFL, another win for the Patriots. Going into the bye-week on top of the AFC East with 4 wins and a single (poor) loss. OK so we're not looking as good as the Ravens, the Bears or the Colts, but we'll win the Superbowl this year, just you watch
Fez of Mahrez Posted 9 October 2006 Author Posted 9 October 2006 Looking forward to seeing the Ravens in action tonight. It's all about the Vikes this week though. What a comeback.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 9 October 2006 Posted 9 October 2006 i'm a giants fan, not the best start to the season but we won our last 2 games
Ultra Posted 9 October 2006 Posted 9 October 2006 Another awesome display by the Bears yesterday. Unless injuries kick in, they look certs for the Super Bowl!
