Sooper Steve's shin Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 Almost every thread these days seems to end up in an argument about youth team players - often due to certain people baiting a particular person about his/her seeming obsession with them. That person cannot resist responding and hence the thread ends up descending into Dodds v Hammond, Gradel v Low or similar. It doesn't seem to matter whether the thread's about a rumoured new signing, Rob Kelly, Milan Mandaric or the merits of a half-time pie - they all end up down the same road. Anyone else finding it a bit tiresome?

Dr The Singh Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 It's hard not to discuss, when many first teamer's performance is piss poor week in week out and we have no money to buy, the only other option is to look at\discuss youth!!!
renards Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 Shilton.. Englands most apperances Lineker..2nd only to Charton by one goal as top scorer (although he played 26 less games) The list goes on Remember Peake and Buchanan breaking into the side on match of the day........King + Dodds? Shouldn't mock for wanting to give youth a chance, Porter has made the left wing his own after the club failing many times to fill that slot..inc a proven pile of crap from Sunderland. Whilst I agree that Mr T does bring Dodds and King into the discussion regardless of the subject, I find it comical and maybe not worthy of a thread Reeks a bit like the Mockery and the FT
