Guest seanfox778 Posted 24 February 2007 Posted 24 February 2007 highlights of this game in 2004 on sky channel 442 at 8pm
DB11 Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 I remember that, me; my brother and a friend were watching it in my bedroom and he said "lets hold hands for this corner and Leicester will score" and they did Also the own goal by Doherty was comical, and Defoe (?) scored last minute

Micky Adams fault that was, he made a bad substitution at the time, and that lead to them hitting us on the counter and scoring.
FNQ Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 What a game. What spirit. '10 men, we've only got 10 men!'. Everyone went fooking mental when we got the lead.
DB11 Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Weren't last minute. Micky Adams fault that was, he made a bad substitution at the time, and that lead to them hitting us on the counter and scoring. Well it felt like it, pretty late wasn't it anyway?
Milky Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 when we went into the lead i nearly smacked my head on the ceiling i jumped so high! It was like a starjump motion.
Brainy Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 I recall Micky Adams always making pointless substitutions. It probably cost us points in about.. half a dozen games.
lookwhaticando Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 If there was an award for most comical top-flight game, this one would be in with a shout, I reckon.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 That was when walker pushed a shot that was going off target in his own net
DB11 Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Walker always did comical goalkeeping... wasn't funny at the time though Remember against Bolton? His own goal was hilarious (ok, at the time I hated him )
lildave3 Posted 25 February 2007 Posted 25 February 2007 Walker always did comical goalkeeping... wasn't funny at the time though Remember against Bolton? His own goal was hilarious (ok, at the time I hated him ) I've never blamed him for that goal. I blamed the two that stood in offside positions <_<
Geo V Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Twas. ?????????!!!!!!!! I havent got Sky, some cable thingy and havent got any channel that plays classic football.
Alexikokopops Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 Well it felt like it, pretty late wasn't it anyway? I think it were about the 86th minute. That goal were frustrating.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 26 February 2007 Posted 26 February 2007 especially because if calum davidson had jus put his right foot through the ball instead of trying to bend the ball with the outside of his left we might have been ok
Ultra Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 ?????????!!!!!!!! I havent got Sky, some cable thingy and havent got any channel that plays classic football. It's ESPN Classic - only available on satellite. Maybe we should ask Richard Branson to put it on cable, seeing as he's taking off a few of the Sky channels..
