That's the 'out'law territory!!

I go to David Lloyd. It's been going downhill since they started having kids swimming lessons after school.

I used to be with Greens, which is near Abbey Park - Cost me £35 a month, but I decided to cancel my membership there because it was a bit too far to travel on a daily basis.

Luckily for me, a brand new Leisure centre was built just a minute's walk away from where I live about 6 months ago. It's really convenient and it has all the equipment you need, plus a swimming pool, sauna, classes etc. I'm paying £35 for that aswell, but it's good value and easily accessible.

Carl lived in Beduff, the Bermuda Park end. His mother is Beduff born and bred. He, sadly, isn't, but would rather be from Beduff than be a Taff, hehehe.

You don't like Warwickshire do you! lol

To be fair my house is in Warwickshire but I live literally round the corner for the Warwickshire/Leicestershire border, I live so close to it that you go into my garden and you are over the border! lol

Did you know that you can run around your local area, lift weights you have got from argos and eat less to keep fit at alot less?

It might even save you money if you dont buy as much food.

Some people prefer to hang round a sweaty gym with smelly old men though and pay a large amount of money.

Started my free 7 days tonight, and i'm knackered! I went with my next door neighbours daughter and her friend, I did 20 mins running, 10 mins on the bike, 15 mins on the rowing machine, 15 mins on a stepping machine, then about a 45 mins in the pool.

Going tommorrow, gonna make good use of this 7 day pass ;)

From what I know about people who go to gyms (not me Ive never set foot in one - and it shows :P) but I think a lot like the social aspect of going to the gym - great place to to meet people and get in shape - maybe I should try it
