00rawat Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 At the moment Leicester are realley poor and defence are leaking goals. So I exepect Derby win about 3-0.
BartonFox Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Out of interest, which Leicester players would you pick over Derby's? I'd take Kisnorbo over Moore and that is it. You will take us apart on Friday, it could be a massacre of Wolves vs. Southampton proportions. Also I have heard that Derby will be taking over on Friday, I know of several Rams with tickets outside the away end already. Going to be the most depressing day of the season
lildave3 Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Yeah, you'll win. Easily. We won't create anything and our strikers won't get a sniff if Leacock is in his usual form
joely22 Posted 1 April 2007 Author Posted 1 April 2007 Yeah, you'll win. Easily. We won't create anything and our strikers won't get a sniff if Leacock is in his usual form Yeah I'd second that. If Leacock plays as he has all season then I doubt you'll get much upfront.
Joe. Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I reckon we'll get a draw. Would be a good result for us with the way we're playing at the moment.
Bert Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 But over what players? The last two play in defence I think? So one would be in for Moore. Personally, I don't rate Moore, eventhough he is good for this division. Neither would be over Leacock, has been outstanding for us this season. One of the best centre backs in the divsion. Him and Moore have formed a solid partnership. Hume is a good player - we wanted him in the summer and Davies has always been a fan so yeah I'd accept that! Kisnorbo over Moore. McAuley (awesome) over Leacock.
Simi Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I definately think this game will be won or in our case lost in the midfield. Barnes will be far to strong for us. Our only hope is to get Hume to run at Moore and hope he does him for pace. Other than that I don't see a way in which we will be able to create.
joely22 Posted 1 April 2007 Author Posted 1 April 2007 Kisnorbo over Moore.McAuley (awesome) over Leacock. Maybe McAuley over Moore but not over Leacock. Sorry but... No chance!! Leacock
Simi Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Maybe McAuley over Moore but not over Leacock.Sorry but... No chance!! Leacock Our centre defenders have scored the majority of our goals. If it wasn't for them we would probably be in the relegation zone.
joely22 Posted 1 April 2007 Author Posted 1 April 2007 Our centre defenders have scored the majority of our goals. If it wasn't for them we would probably be in the relegation zone. Our defenders have kept most of ours out! That's why we're top
Joe. Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I think if we play the right way, we can use Darren Moore to our advantage. He's bound to win virtually everything in the air but if we get Hume or whoever to run at him there's bound to be a weakness there. I'm sure he will be targeted. But we need to get the ball down and play for once.
lildave3 Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Maybe McAuley over Moore but not over Leacock.Sorry but... No chance!! Leacock I have to say, whenever i have seen Leacock he has been immense. He's the only Derby player i like. I hate Barnes, he seems such a cocky tw*t

I think Elvis will start and he'll be marked by Moore, who is 10x stronger than Elvis, the only thing Elvis would have is pace.

Lately there passing has been nothing short of dire and I really do not see much changing. I'd stll like to see Weso given a decent run in the team.

Bert Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I don't think he's cocky, just confident. Although it is a fine line between the two.He is a class player though. I rate him very highly. To me, he seems to think that he is the finished article already. Which he isn't.
Joe. Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 No doubt about him being a class player. You reckon you can keep hold of him ? Well he's going to highly sought after in the Summer. If Derby go up then I'm sure he'd stay with them. If they don't, well then there's every chance he could go for a good sum of money.

I'm sure the likes of Tottenham will come in but he wont be guaranteed first team football there.
joely22 Posted 1 April 2007 Author Posted 1 April 2007 I rate him very highly. To me, he seems to think that he is the finished article already. Which he isn't. I rate him aswell. Is a real prospect but as of thinking himself as the finished article, definatly not. He doesn't think he is at all. Apparently, he works extremly hard in training and believes he can go all the way to the top. Billy Davies is hard on him because he thinks he can go all the way. As of keeping hold of him? If we go up? Yes. If we don't? It would be hard but still possibly. He knows what happened to Tom Huddlestone when he left (missing a seasons worth of football).

Fair play if that's true and al the best to him, but that's just how he comes across to me.

Huddlestone is developing really well now at Tottenham, they know how to handle there youngsters. But for a young lad missing is season I'm sure will not be what he want's to be doing.

Oh i rate him aswell, maybe that's why i don't like him. And he's definitely not the finished article, i think he still holds onto the ball too long at times.

He does. But he has got a lot better and releases the ball at the right times now. Also scores some amazing goals! Anyone seen the volley at Cardiff?
