Last season we'd just lost to Plymouth on January 24th team for that game was:

City: Douglas, McCarthy ©, Kisnorbo, Johansson, Stearman, Wesolowski, Gudjonsson, Hughes, Maybury (Smith 56), Fryatt (Hammond 70), De Vries (Hume 70). Subs not used: O'Grady, Hamill.

Our league position was:

Still Joey left and we are worse for it. He had sense and realised he had no decent players around him. Just look back at that squad - the majority are still with us.......THAT is the reason we are in this mess. Why have 3 diiferent managers all played Maybury ?? Defenders need to support midfielders these days and get forward - when have you ever seen him fly past Hughes/Yeates/or any other poor sod who has to try and play right midfield......... send him back to the woeful scottish league
