Finnegan Posted 3 May 2007 Posted 3 May 2007 So the Chinese are going to start eating fish en massé because, wait for it, the Japanese do? Have you stopped to consider the massive cultural differences between Japan and China? Or is this notion born of regional / ethnic stereotyping? I'm not aware of a huge trend of eating fish in Chinese cuisine and I imagine the Japanese love for the aquatic has something to do with them being a relatively small island, like us. I mean is this just COMPLETELY random sensationalism, or are you going to at least quote some sort of source? Oh, and since when is Japan an "emerging economy"?
