That corner certainly ruin your lap The amount of times I saw a car go of the track gets me worried though. He's under more pressure than ever before being on pole. Hopefully with a bit of luck he'll get maximum points and a World Championship lead

Milky Posted 9 June 2007 Posted 9 June 2007 It was an impressive lap, but alonso was actually faster all day and would have got pole himself but for an error at the death. I still fancy Alonso to do it.

If both cars collided they would have lost 18 points. Canada is quite a fast circuit so I cant see anything drastic being done today.
Wycombe Fox Posted 10 June 2007 Posted 10 June 2007 I would imagine that both Alonso and Hamilton will be going for the win from the off but the team will look at who is in the better position by the time the first pitstops come around. Then I would probably expect them to give each driver a diiferent strategy - one to win and the other to protect his team-mate (but then I could be talking balls!). I just hope that Hamilton gets to the first corner in front. C'mon Lewis!!!!
