I'm new to this game, but are these games made up? Because it took me ages to guess the players and once i'd got 10 of them and Queudrue wasn't coming up I thought i'd check on soccerbase to the spelling and there was no game against Chelsea on 19/09/06, but it was played on 23/09/06 and they lost 2-0 to Chelsea and the team was nothing like the one that actually played!!!

Ah but Ric, you have to allow for these cock ups. I think this is why people didn't get Steed straight away as I think he had gone by then.

By September 2006, they actually ment March 2006.

They occasionally get these wrong. Pour example we had the 2004 Argie Copa America team that lost to brazil on penalties.

13 Letters goalkeeper

Roberto Abbondanzieri obviously. However when this name was inputted no little green tick flashed up above his name, we all spent about 15 minutes trying to work who it could be before someone checked it and indeed Abbondanzieri was right.

The next day the same clue was still up, but the team was some mid to late nighties Liverpool side.

Sorry I don't usually pick up on typos but that's just funny. lol

I'm envisaging this long-lost era between the 80s and 90s where everyone walked round in pyjamas.

What is it with Everton recently? :@

I don't think I stand much of a chance at all with this one....

1993 :w00t:

I've got two and that's all I'm bothering with, I only got those because they were in the 1997 one a few days ago.

CB (6) Gary - also played for Liverpool

CB (7) John - moved to Sheffield United for £1million and then retired straight away
