Head Honcho Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 There's a tune doing the rounds and I need to know who's singing it! Bit vague but here goes: It starts off with some guy talking a la "The Streets" and then has a catchy chorus a bit like Hard Fi or The Ordinary Boys. As I said a bit vague but thought I'd chance it Thanks in advance

stez Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 Bingo What a tune I was actually going to put The Twang into http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=SOPiOe9dezQ but forgot! the one you've heard may well be 'the streets mix' (which i prefer) which has mike skinner doing the verses
Kent Fox Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 Which one the woman singing or the simon and garfunkle soundalike? It's gonna be the latter. I keep thinking it might be the Kinks, but can't relate it to any particular song. Drives me nuts every time it comes on.

Benji Posted 2 August 2007 Posted 2 August 2007 haha, the twang supported milburn, how strange needless to say, a gig full of milburn types did not end well with these chavs, they never finished their set, got soaked by 50 pints of water (from their own request) being 'ard like so went off in a mardy. Shame, quite a good song, unfortunately.. ASBO men
