Name that tune

There's a tune doing the rounds and I need to know who's singing it!

Bit vague but here goes:

It starts off with some guy talking a la "The Streets" and then has a catchy chorus a bit like Hard Fi or The Ordinary Boys.

As I said a bit vague but thought I'd chance it

Thanks in advance

It's gonna be the latter. I keep thinking it might be the Kinks, but can't relate it to any particular song.

Drives me nuts every time it comes on.

haha, the twang supported milburn, how strange

needless to say, a gig full of milburn types did not end well with these chavs, they never finished their set, got soaked by 50 pints of water (from their own request) being 'ard like so went off in a mardy.

Shame, quite a good song, unfortunately.. ASBO men
