Geo V Posted 2 October 2007 Posted 2 October 2007 Most probably he will play Stearman, I would leave him on the bench for this game though. I also forget about Newton who will probably make it onto the subs bench. He has said that he thinks the likes of Stears has grabbed his chance whilst others haven't so that should mean some changes as he looks to find the right personnel but for me we need to have players playing in the positions they are used to and stop experimenting with Rb`s in central midfield and strikers playing on right midfield duties. It seems Mick McCarthy expects a tough game BTW and he says a little something about how he rates Hume and Fryatt. Hopefully they score the goals to prove him right (that they are good players). http://www.wolves.premiumtv.co.uk/page/New...1125482,00.html

mancunianfox Posted 2 October 2007 Posted 2 October 2007 However 7 games is it? 7 points, the clubs in a mess with more dead wood than ever, a manager few of us have any confidence in! And no league win since August 25th. Thats fair enough and obviously I can't argue against those facts. I just don't see whats the big deal about Wolves, they haven't been that great this season either. Wolves and us are both teams who are struggling to live up to pre-season expectations. I've watched a couple of Wolves' games courtesy of BT and they haven't looked that devestating to me. The only reason everyones so edgy about the game is because of Freddy Eastwood, probably the most overated player in the division. Last seasons result and performance was abysmal by all accounts however it was played under very diffirent circumstances at a stage in the season were it was vital for them to get the win. This game will be much closer, probably a 1-1 or 2-2 draw.
