Cobbo Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 Dublin Out Dion Dublin looks set to miss Saturday's East Midlands derby clash against Nottingham Forest at the Walkers Stadium. Dublin was forced to withdraw from last weekend's 0-0 draw at Reading in the second half with a hamstring injury. And the signs are that the former England international will not return in time for the Forest game. Matt Heath, who replaced the Dublin last weekend, could again step in as Leicester look to get back to winning ways after picking up just two points from their last four games. Meanwhile, Alan Maybury looks set to return after missing the Reading game with a calf injury. Craig Levein said: "Alan Maybury will be fit and, while Nikos Dabizas had a groin strain and Danny Tiatto a tight hamstring, both should be fine for Forest." OS Shit Heath and Dabizas together generally means a panicky defence to say the least. I say throw Stearman in ahead of Heath! Go on, do it. I don't care that he is a skinny rake anymore, just play him at centre half!
Muz Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 Totally agree , i trust Stearmen where as Heath scares me
Katy Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 That is a bummer about Dion, although are you sure hes not suffering from symptoms of shock after listen to Delia 'Mad woman' Smith last night?

Scow Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 This is all we need - Gareth Taylor is going to give Heath a torrid time.

MADLEVEIN Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 a few months ago everyone was saying how shit dublin was and now he's the bobby moore of leicester

Anish Posted 1 March 2005 Posted 1 March 2005 a few months ago everyone was saying how shit dublin was and now he's the bobby moore of leicester 72825 Hardly Bobby Moore - but the best of a bad bunch really! I would throw Stearman in too, Heath's proved his inadequacies already this season - Stearman can't do much worse.
Cobbo Posted 1 March 2005 Author Posted 1 March 2005 a few months ago everyone was saying how shit dublin was and now he's the bobby moore of leicester 72825 He is shite up front, but I have always said he is a decent centre half when he has played there for us. Have you seen Heath and Dabizas play together?
filbertway Posted 2 March 2005 Posted 2 March 2005 I think heath will do well, he has more pace than dublin so wont keep beig caught out.

He looks more uncomfortable then I do on the ball. I dont know whats happened to him though. He barely made mistakes when I saw him last season and his positional play was excellent. If he cant be trusted lets put Stearman- theres not THAT much difference in their build...
Ash Posted 2 March 2005 Posted 2 March 2005 I'm hoping CL does pick Stearman instead of Heath at centre half .. Heath is a liability !
