davieG Posted 26 November 2007 Posted 26 November 2007 According to a Plymouth rag via the Fox Fanzine PLYMOUTH Argyle assistant manager Tim Breacker and first team coach Des Bulpin are set to complete moves to Leicester City today. Breacker and Bulpin, plus chief scout Gary Penrice, are all following former Pilgrims' boss Ian Holloway to the Walkers Stadium. They will be installed in their new roles before the Foxes' Sky-televised clash at home to Cardiff City tonight.

Plymouth have signed some decent players and he will have been scouting good value players for this division already. Given the amount of Cash that Allen and his agent wasted in the summer I think this is essential. If we can get decent players like Halmosi & Ebanks-Blake for the £750k Plymouth spent on them we'll be onto a good thing.

In Ollie's book he does time and time again praise Gary "Pen" Penrice for a lot of work he has done for him. Pen was a striker himself for Bristol Rovers and later QPR, and he has been rather succesfull as a chief scout for Ollie & Plymouth considering the good players they have recruited for bargains. So I'd very happy if he and the gang of Plymouth backroom staff all came here.
