Well he won't find quality players for the price he wants to pay in England. I believe he's said he's not going to pay silly money for players. Anyway Premiership may not want to come here (stop in Premiership) or ask silly money for wages and those in lower divisions may not be good enough. Those abroad are paid relativaly small wages because of the country poor wages so even internationals can be found on the cheap.

As an aside Ollie may need this.
