Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Any NBA fans in here? All star game is tonight live on Channel 5 from 12.35am. Should be some good entertainment. Looking forward especially to watch LeBron James in action. And also some Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett.

Joe. Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 LeBron James has been the Daddy for a couple of seasons now. But I still like Kobe And Iversen :w00t: And I think Shaq's still at Miami Heat isn't he? I heard recent talk of him moving elsewhere though.
Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Author Posted 17 February 2008 Yeah still at Miami. He's getting past it now I believe.
Joe. Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Ben I'd love you to stand next to Yao Ming. In fact anybody standing next to Yao Ming is comical.
lildave3 Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Is that Luol Deng playing in the NBA? If so, how is he doing?
Joe. Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Is that Luol Deng playing in the NBA?If so, how is he doing? Well he's still at the Chicago Bulls.
Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Author Posted 17 February 2008 Ben I'd love you to stand next to Yao Ming. In fact anybody standing next to Yao Ming is comical. He's got nothing on me.
Samilktray Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 I was always a fan of Orlando Magic when on NBA Street. Tracey Mcgrady (sp)
Joe. Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 He's got nothing on me. 7"6 is just mental though.
Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Author Posted 17 February 2008 Yeah McGrady is a top lad. Its a shame that his ever lasting back problems keep on occuring. He's at Houston now. I was more fan of his cousin Vince Carter. An interesting fact about Vince Carter - He's the only NBA player (to date) who has no tattoos on his entire body. There you go.
lildave3 Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 He's got nothing on me. This reminds me. I'm fairly sure I saw you on Saturday, walking near odeon. Can you confirm this, or was it another ridicullously tall lookalike?
Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Author Posted 17 February 2008 This reminds me.I'm fairly sure I saw you on Saturday, walking near odeon. Can you confirm this, or was it another ridicullously tall lookalike? Before or after the game? I was walking past it before the game, afterwards I went down Aylestone Road.
lildave3 Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Before or after the game? I was walking past it before the game, afterwards I went down Aylestone Road. After... It wasn't right near the odeon, it was just after the traffic lights as you come from the road from the ground. You (?) had a hat on.
Koke Posted 17 February 2008 Author Posted 17 February 2008 I don't know mate. If it was around 5.15/20 ish maybe so. You should've pulled me over if you thought it was me. Even though you'd look like a tit if it wasn't me

Jordan Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Looking forward especially to watch LeBron James in action. And also some Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett. ...unfortunately, KG's out injured and Kobe might want to take it easy because he busted up his pinkie a few days ago. The Lakers pressed the NBA to allow Kobe to skip the game altogether, but he's suiting up. I'm not a big All-Star Game fan in any sport, and I've got to go to a friend's birthday party tonight, but I hope it's a fun game. the NBA usually puts on a show, with the players deciding to leave their defense in the locker room and hoping to score as many points as possible... kind of like any NBA game in the regular season
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Boggie man Bogut is all i follow. But i watched Dwight Howard dominate in the dunk comp, wow!
Koke Posted 18 February 2008 Author Posted 18 February 2008 Boggie man Bogut is all i follow. But i watched Dwight Howard dominate in the dunk comp, wow! Dwight Howard is a monster. And his slam dunks were just out of this world. The commentators were wetting themselves.

Its all about entertainment and having some fun and as you said leave the defense is the locker room Kobe still played for some reason. And he took the MVP as well. And btw, the West won 153-132.
Fox You Forest Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Yeah still at Miami. He's getting past it now I believe. He was traded recently i think.
Koke Posted 18 February 2008 Author Posted 18 February 2008 Loads of celebs was there including Toni Braxton - 42 this year and she still look tasty.
