This Manager talk

All this talk that Holloway cannot be responsible for his players performances is just plain garbage. Harry Redknapp has no problem rejuvenating players who many seem to think are past their best. Of course the manager is responsible. If the players aren't cutting it then drop the pillocks.

spot on

had we have rose up the table after his appointment , then do doubt he would have been credited with the success

Agreed, why do we have managers for in the first place if there not responsible for the team success, I agree there is a fine line but the manager should take credit for his teams success and the criticism of his teams failure!!!

All he had to do to be successful was get us up to 17th place! Hardly a mountain to climb? I suppose it's still possible to finish 18th :P

Holloway just after taking the job - "I think we finished 17th last season, it can't be difficult to beat that can it."

I couldn't believe after the shef weds match he was talking about getting promotion next season!!! I think we'll all take 18th with great happiness at this moment....what a terrible season it has been!!! :S
