BLUEARMY8 Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Are they going to be as advertised a couple of weeks ago? They must come down a fair bit now we are in div 1. Does anyone know yet?
lildave3 Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Are they going to be as advertised a couple of weeks ago? They must come down a fair bit now we are in div 1. Does anyone know yet? Same price I imagine. They can't lower them can they, some people have already bought them.
syston_fox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I'd assume that they'll stay the same but wont increase at the end of may now.
SantiagoFox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Milan got in early a couple of weeks ago and announced a price freeze. So its the same price for League One. Still the ST is still cheap compared to paying the exorbitant prices on the day..
Corky Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Prices are frozen for next season. I would have preferred a reduction but its better than an increrase.
Asha Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 I've already got mine, in E. Can't remember whether it's 1, 2 or 3 I just got it in the euphoria before the Sheff Weds game thinking 'Oh we'll win, might as well sort it now', and thinking I'd be watching championship football next season.
FleckneyFox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 its a joke if they put prices up after the 31st, pay more money to watch lower level footie
Legend_in_blue Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 its a joke if they put prices up after the 31st, pay more money to watch lower level footie It's a steep price to pay, but pay it nonetheless I will. It can't get any worse can it?
FleckneyFox Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 It's a steep price to pay, but pay it nonetheless I will. It can't get any worse can it? Im another stupid enough to pay that price
BLUEARMY8 Posted 4 May 2008 Author Posted 4 May 2008 Surely matchday tickets will come down in price when we have some poor teams down to us. I can not see us getting many down to watch if matchday prices are same as this year. If prices are same as this year we will struggle to average 12,000. If matchday prices are reduced then season tickets must follow suit.
demon_dog Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I thought the same about ST prices, went to the websites of the teams we are due to play next season. Found that in comparison to some of the teams that our prices (£275) is quite reasonable. So see you all next season.

So see you all next season. Exactly. Obviously prices nowadays are all fooking ridiculous but it's a fallacy tickets are significantly cheaper in League One. There's loads of Championship teams with cheaper STs than League One or League Two clubs.
