Ryanside Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 http://www.sportsecho.co.uk/football/linco...cle.php?ID=4059 LINCOLN CITY target Louis Dodds hopes he can fill the void left by Jamie Forrester's decision to join Notts County.Forrester has shocked Imps fans by turning down a new contract offer and joining the Magpies. The Echo understands the 33-year-old has signed a one-year deal with Ian McParland's side. Even before the news of Forrester's exit, City were in the hunt for a new forward, with Mansfield's Michael Boulding and Dodds on their wish list. Dodds insists he would still welcome a permanent move to Lincoln, despite being offered a new one-year deal by Leicester. But the 21-year-old says he is still waiting to open talks with the Imps management team. "Lincoln have indicated they will offer me a contract and if it's right for me and my family, I would love to come back" explained Dodds. Looks like we might not have him for our league one tour
Maybes Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 http://www.sportsecho.co.uk/football/linco...cle.php?ID=4059Looks like we might not have him for our league one tour Good. He is poor.
Ricey Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 His Facebook status is "Louis Dodds wants his future sorted". I can imagine he'll stay at Lincoln.
The People's Hero Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Not bothered either way. He's completely mediocre, even at league one level.
p_unit4eva Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 how can you say that he is poor at league one standard, when he hasnt played a match in that division. i think that the people who write things on here, must play for a premier league team the way they slag players off, saying there no good.
lookwhaticando Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 That shouldn't be too hard for Dodds to do. As far as goalscorers went, Forrester was never too hot anyway.
Jack Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Im not fussed what happens. Be nice to see him given a go, but if he goes then ahh well.
