I think it's a poor attempt at a photography technique called 'Tilt Shift', where you make the photograph look like a model I did have it as my wallpaper but now i've been told about the mistakes, and as i have a COD i have to change it

There's a model in the foyer, made by the architects...or at least there was a couple of years back when I was dragged around the place by Jim
