The chord got caught up in his handlebar, nothing to do with his bike. This was a great piece of riding probably the best I have ever seen. This is why bike racing is great in the mountains

Was the helmet business anything to do with him or was that someone else...i just caught the ending of it when someone closed their car door and chucked his scuppered up helmet to the reporters???
