Gary Lineker played for us and went on to play for barcelona. Gordon Banks went on to win the world cup. This is such a stupid argument as you can't compare the two clubs.

Much more people will watch a final if it is between Man UTD and Liverpool or someone else. And who the **** cares that we've never had any cups from ECT? Success is to beat the biggest football teams, especially when they are number 1 in Europe. In past they called us "killer of european champions" and our stadium (Bulgarian Army) "tomb of executed champions". And European medias called us like that, not bulgarian ones. We've taken down /eliminating/ 3 european champions, like now is Manchester United for example. Remember the fact that only one of their players costs like our whole club. So yeah, if you are totally retarded you won't call that success. But for a poor country like Bulgaria this IS. Milan voted us for the best guests on their stadium, I think we were on second place. Not that its the biggest success but we played pretty nicely, we hitted the beam and scored one more goal that was canceled: After the match Gerrard said we were better than them, and Benitez could only mumble something like "it was hard".I'll tell you a bit how we do the things here. I'm far for saying we are the best team, but if we talk about the public we surely rock on the balkans! You will say now "yeah, yeah, we've seen the turkey guys, the greece" but to tell you the truth they are better than us only by one thing - bigger countries => more people. But they lack on heavy ultras... every third guy here have a "CSKA" tattoo. I have 2. One says: victory or death (on bulgarian, on my back), other is an image of a skull and "CSKA" fire letters on the background (on my right hand). And im fan from only about 6 years. There are people who support the club non-stop and evrywhere for like 10 and over years. Every one of them is ready to die for the club, you cant buy their loyalty even if you offer millions. That kind of people make me proud, one of them sing like a hundred, you cant have an idea what is it to travel with 2000 men like that to Italy or somewher else. Its just a feeling you cant describe. Sometimes they are being called delinquent, especially if there is a fight. But for me those are people who know how to live and what make them happy. You will oftenly meet someone like that, for them it's not a club, but a way of life. They wake up and start singing, when they go to bed they do the same aswell. Atleast I, and some of my friends are like that. Always support and never give up. And we ain't talking about some stupid punks you can meet evrywhere. Thats what we call "ultras", they dont hate others. Their love to the club is superior to evrything. Actually, we are all pretty friendly, in Bulgaria we have good relationships with some other clubs, and on the balkans with Partizan and Steaua. Romanians visit our matches and sing our songs, so do we when they have their own derbies. That is because all of us were once army clubs. But nevermind. Enough for the balkan people. They done the same thing the season before again Graz AK where they were 2-0 up in the leg and still lost 1-0 at Anfield. Anyway if you base your recent fame on beating Liverpool then you are pretty awful.

We often go on to other teams forums to talk, but we never use it as a platform to sell our club. By the very fact that it is ANOTHER TEAMS FOOTBALL FORUM you're setting yourself up to fail.
CSKA Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 "Euroidiots" is a popular, ironic name of the Bulgarian football club PFC Levski (Sofia). It first appeared in several European newspapers after the match between Antwerp and Levski (UEFA Cup 89/90, 1st round). In this match Levski were leading with 3:1 till the 89th minute and then Antwerp managed to score three goals in the next 5 minutes. The match finished 4:3 for Antwerp and they were through after the first leg 0:0 in Sofia. КУР ЗА ЛЕWСКИ!!! ONLY CSKA SOFIA!
