DJ Barry Hammond Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 Hunt announces intentions to Leave Renault Formula Foxestalk was left stunned this evening as last seasons runner up, announced his intention to leave Renault. Hunt claimed he had a good season, but was left "un-motivated at the end of the season". He enjoyed his time with a great teamate in Hills (Who is also unlikely to sign for Renault). Hunt blamed the lack of development on the new car at Renault, and has claimed he will be driving for a German team next season. Wether or not thats BMW & Mercedes, we do not know, but still, it's a step down as Renault came 2nd in the constuctors last season, better only by Chris Louth's Honda team. Hunt claims that moving teams will give him a chance of beating Louth. He said "I'm the all-time best at this game, Chris has now won 2 Championships in a row, something I've no-one else manged to do. He's got 2 tittles, and I've got 3. I want to make sure he doesn't win this season. Thats my aim." Easy answer - be the same car as Chris and select the same features - then it's purely on strategy and luck!

AoWW Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 I'm probably being thick but how can I find out what driver characteristics I had last time? Can't remember what I chose.
Floating Fox Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 I'm probably being thick but how can I find out what driver characteristics I had last time? Can't remember what I chose. You can't. I'm pretty sure you had control freak - Not because you are one, but because you always got awesome starts to the races.

Matijas shocker for Formula Foxestalk Last seasons Team Leader at McLaren and 3rd placed in the championships is yet to announce whether he will be making an appearance for Formula Foxestalk Season 9. Having finished a close 2nd in Formula Foxestalk Season 7 and 3rd in the previous one it is believed that due to educational commitments he may not have the time to continue racing. He also claims that he has lost 'passion' recently for Batracer and a rest from the game may recoup that. Speaking to the Formula Foxestalk magazine he said: 'I was flying a while ago, I nearly beat Chris - yes, I nearly beat him, in other games I was flying, my World Ranking was just rising and rising, I was once within 8 places of McCaughan, now I'm around 200 behind and to make it worse I am behind Southam now. But for now it may be worth taking a rest from the game but I will forever stay loyal to Formula Foxestalk and if called upon will fight for the cause!' Matijas is yet to announce whether he will be competing in this following series...
Asha Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 I'd lost interest a few days ago, but partly because I was 20th in all competitions. A few fresh games has revitalised it.
Fox You Forest Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 I'm shocked everytime i finish a race. <_<
Asha Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 In F107 is the qualifying the knock-out version? Also, time for a new thread?
AoWW Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 Formula One 2007. Thanks. I now feel really stoopid.
Brainy Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 You can find your characteristics from last season. Go on the standings page, then along the top where you can find the constructors standings, you should see "include driver characteristics". It'll come up under your names in the standings. + I had no idea Mech Sympathy guaranteed you to finish all the races

Brainy Posted 2 September 2008 Posted 2 September 2008 So you even avoid accidents that aren't mechanically related? Me and Matt both had the characteristic, we finished every race. Although judging from my early season qualifying it might **** that up abit
